Ordering
Our website is the best place to find our full selection of products. An easy check out ensures you’ll spend less time filling out information and more time sailing. In addition, by creating an account you can save your billing and shipping information for future orders. For spar order please contact us via email and include all dimensions. Custom fabricated masts and booms must fit within our catalog of extrusions and fittings.

We generally ship in-stock products within 1-2 business days of receiving an order and we will contact you right away with any anticipated delays or issues with shipping. Items that are manufactured in house that are not in stock typically ship within 5-7 business days. Manufactured masts and booms have a lead time of 2-3 weeks upon receiving an order.

Payment
We accept payments for orders placed through our website via credit card.

Credit Card
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Other Payment Methods
Any other desired payment method should be processed via email or by calling one of our customer service or sales representatives.


Sales Tax
Dwyer Mast & Rigging is obligated to collect sales tax on orders shipped to certain states. Our site checkout will automatically calculate a sales tax line item and add it to applicable orders.


Shipping
Dwyer Mast & Rigging offers a variety of shipping methods for small parts, hardware, line, wire, and fittings, or you can select to pick up at our facility in Bristol, Rhode Island. Certain items like extrusion and round tubing are built to order and require freight shipping. These items are not available to check out online, but contact us to discuss your order. Read on for details of our various shipping and delivery options.

Standard Shipping
Many Dwyer fittings and parts can ship in small packages via common carrier, providing quick access to the items you need for your boat or rigging project. We offer both USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground services, with availability based on your shipping destination.

In Store Pickup
You can select to pick up the order at our facility in Bristol, Rhode Island during normal business hours. Will call pick up is subject to a 7% RI sales tax. When selecting Will call pick up you must enter the shipping address 33 Broadcommon Rd, Bristol RI 02809. Our team will contact you to confirm when your order is ready.

Freight Shipping
Certain items are too big to ship via FedEx or USPS, including many of the masts and booms we manufacture. We are still able to ship these items, but we will have to ship them LTL (Less-than-Truckload). You can request a quote for these items online or by email. Our team will contact you within one to three business days with a rate quote for your order via a fully insured LTL provider. You can also call or email us for a quote prior to placing your order.


Returns and Exchanges
You can find information on returns and exchanges below, or simply give us a call or send an email and we'll help guide you through the process. Custom manufactured items such as cut extrusion, wire, and line are not refundable or exchangeable once the order has been placed.

Damaged Orders
If an order arrives damaged, immediately contact the carrier (company delivering the product) and Dwyer to make a note of the damage and, if possible, photograph the damage and share with the email address provided by the customer service representative. Once we’ve been notified, we will reach out to you regarding the provision of such photos and a path moving forward. If we find ourselves or the carrier to be at fault for the damage, we will pursue the responsible party to recover the cost of the product. If we can not establish an at-fault party, no refund or replacement will be issued. We reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion, and no exceptions will create any precedent or promise to make similar exceptions, unless explicitly stated in a verbal or written contract.

Cancellations
A cancellation is an order that is retracted prior to shipping an order or providing a service. Cancellations of orders should be made immediately upon placing the order. Cancellations made after charging a credit card will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. If you cancel the order and we are able to receive that cancellation prior to processing and charging, we will not charge a restocking fee.We reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion, and no exceptions will create any precedent or promise to make similar exceptions, unless explicitly stated in a verbal or written contract.

Returns
Returns are defined as any order which is retracted after a product has been shipped. Clearance items and Made to Order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless noted otherwise. Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for partial refund (15% restocking fee on all returns). Returns made outside 30 days will be issued store credit (with a 15% restocking fee). Please include any packaging material along with a copy of your order invoice to make processing the return faster. Please allow 5-7 days for return processing and 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear. We reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion, and no exceptions will create any precedent or promise to make similar exceptions, unless explicitly stated in a verbal or written contract.

Changes to Orders
Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you have a problem with your product we will happily exchange it for you. If you’re looking to return your order in full, we will charge a 15% restocking fee to cover our costs. Please contact us right away if there is a problem with your order or if products arrived damaged. Custom manufactured items such as cut extrusion, wire, and line are not refundable or exchangeable once the order has been placed.


Return Shipping
Shipping of items back to Dwyer Mast & Rigging is the responsibility of the customer. Please use the following address and include a copy of your order Invoice.
